Deleting users from a Fortigate Firewall

When trying to delete a user the Delete button can be Greyed out. A user can’t be deleted until they are removed from all groups and rules. The far right column in the users screen is Ref which gives a number of groups that user is a member of. Click on the number, remove the user from the group and the Delete button will become available.
