On a new install of RdWeb on Server 2022, cuz it’s the only m$ server that supports TLS1.3

you may get error 403.14

Solve is to turn on HTTP redirect

You should add this redirect at the Default Web Site level as well, unless you have a good reason not to. Like you need LetsEncrypt to be able to get to the /.well-known folder.
