Spot an Email Scam

-Urgency; scammers know that if you act quickly you won’t have time to think this through, others won’t have time to stop you, and your sense of panick will inhibit your good sense.

-Right in the Feels; scammers will try to elicit an emotional response. it comes from a different section of the brain than your logical thinking.

-Relitive time frames; scams will never state a hard stop time, ie Jan24, if they did the email will need to be changed every time it is sent out. The dates will alway be relative to today ie in 24hours, or 3 days from now.

-Hush Hush; scammer may ask you to keep something quiet. this will prevent others from advising you that this is a scam.
