Private Investigators, Bounty Hunters and recently Police use systems like this to find people. You supply a picture and the system finds their social media etc. at least that’s what its supposed to do, I searched for my own face and it did find people that look similar to me but it didn’t find any pics of me, despite me having Facebook, LinkedIn etc.

Pros: free, so it doesn’t hurt to look

Cons: not very reliable, questionable what happens to the pictures that are uploaded.
