Disable the Protected Mode in Acrobat Reader.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For an unknown reason, the printing problem in Acrobat Reader may appear, if the &#8220;Protected Mode at startup&#8221; setting is enabled. To turn off the &#8220;Protected Mode at startup&#8221;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong>&nbsp;Open the Acrobat Reader DC program and from the&nbsp;<strong>Edit<\/strong>&nbsp;menu choose&nbsp;<strong>Preferences.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong>&nbsp;Select&nbsp;<strong>Security (Enhanced)<\/strong>&nbsp;on the left pane and then&nbsp;<strong>uncheck<\/strong>&nbsp;the&nbsp;<strong>Enable Protected Mode at startup&nbsp;<\/strong>checkbox at the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.<\/strong>&nbsp;At the pop-up window, ask&nbsp;<strong>Yes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong>&nbsp;Click&nbsp;<strong>OK<\/strong>&nbsp;to close the Preferences settings.<br><strong>5.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Close<\/strong>&nbsp;and re-<strong>open<\/strong>&nbsp;the Acrobat Reader application and try to print a PDF file.
