Level Home is releasing a smart lock that fits in the existing dead-bolt hole.

Beware of Hub-less or Wifi smart lightswitches / plugs / devices. They are built cheap and there are no standards. These reach out to the internet and DNS poisoning could be used to invade your home network. Look for devices that support OpenHab as an IoT hub keeps traffic local to your network.
